What types of trips do you plan?
We specialize in group travel of all kinds — bachelorette and birthday trips, honeymoons and couples escapes, corporate retreats, family vacations, cruise experiences, large-scale events, and sports travel. Every itinerary is designed from scratch around your group.
How far in advance should I book?
For international trips and peak-season travel, we recommend starting 6–12 months in advance. Domestic trips and more flexible itineraries can often be planned in 6–8 weeks. Popular destinations and peak dates sell out fast — the earlier you reach out, the more options we have to work with.
Do you charge a planning fee?
We earn commissions through our supplier relationships with hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators — at no additional cost to you. For some complex custom itineraries, a planning fee may apply. This is always discussed upfront before any work begins.
What group sizes do you work with?
We plan trips for groups from 2 to 2,000. We've coordinated intimate honeymoons, bachelorette weekends for 12, family reunions for 60, and corporate events for thousands. Group size doesn't change our level of commitment.
Do you plan international travel?
Absolutely. We plan trips worldwide — the Caribbean, Europe, Latin America, Asia, Africa, Antarctica, and everywhere in between. Both Jenn and Eric have personally traveled to dozens of countries and bring firsthand knowledge to the destinations they recommend.
What is a Surprise Adventure?
Our Surprise Adventure service lets you hand us the planning completely. Tell us your travel window, budget, and what your group loves — and we'll design and book a trip without revealing the destination until it's time to go. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, and couples who want to rediscover the magic of genuine surprise.
How does the planning process work?
It starts with a conversation — no commitment, no pressure. We listen to your vision, your group, and your budget. From there we design a custom itinerary, handle all bookings and logistics, and stay in contact throughout the planning process and your trip. You're working with a real person at every step.
