Celebration Travel
The Trip They'll
Talk About Forever
Bachelorettes, birthdays, anniversary getaways, and girls' trips — planned by someone who knows the difference between a good trip and an unforgettable one.
Someone has to plan it.
Let it not be the MOH.
Planning a celebration trip for a group of people — each with different budgets, travel experience levels, and ideas of what a good time looks like — is genuinely hard work. We do it so the trip organizer can actually enjoy the trip. Every detail is handled. Every surprise is coordinated. Every person gets there and gets home.
Occasions We Plan
What We Handle
Everything. So you don't have to.
Destination Selection
Not every group wants Cabo. We listen to the vibe — wild, relaxed, adventurous, luxurious — and find the destination that actually fits your group, not the one that's just popular.
Villa & Resort Coordination
Private villas, resort room blocks, adjoining suites — we coordinate accommodations that keep the group together and make the space feel like yours.
Experiences & Activities
Private yacht charters, spa days, cooking classes, pool parties, winery tours, snorkeling — we book the experiences that make the weekend feel curated, not generic.
Dining & Reservations
Group restaurant reservations, private dinners, and table arrangements that don't require someone to yell across a table of 20. We handle all of it in advance.
Surprises for the Guest of Honor
Arrival flowers, welcome gifts, room decorations, in-room champagne, custom itinerary cards — we coordinate the details that make the guest of honor feel genuinely celebrated.
Group Logistics
Airport arrivals from multiple cities, ground transfers, and day-of coordination so the MOH or trip organizer isn't playing travel agent all weekend.

Questions We Always Get
How far in advance should we book?
For international destinations and peak weekends (spring, fall, and holiday weeks), 4–6 months is ideal. Domestic long weekends can often be done in 6–8 weeks. The earlier you start, the more options we have — especially for villas and private experiences.
Can you coordinate people arriving from different cities?
Yes. Multi-origin groups are our normal. We track arrival windows, arrange airport transfers, and make sure everyone gets picked up and to the villa or hotel without a group chat meltdown.
What if half the group wants to go wild and half wants to relax?
That's basically every bachelorette trip ever. We design itineraries with optional activities — everyone can participate in the shared moments, and no one is forced to do anything.
Do you handle the surprises for the bride or guest of honor?
Absolutely. Room decor, champagne on arrival, custom itinerary cards, restaurant surprises — we coordinate the moments that make the weekend feel like it was planned with real love. All handled with the trip organizer, not the guest of honor.
What's a realistic budget for a bachelorette trip?
It varies wildly by destination and group size. A domestic long weekend runs $400–$800/person. A Cabo villa weekend typically lands $1,200–$2,500/person. An international adventure (Iceland, Colombia) is $2,500–$5,000/person. We work to any budget and are honest about what's achievable.
Can we add surprises without the MOH finding out?
That's our specialty. We communicate exclusively with the trip organizer and coordinate all surprise elements behind the scenes. The guest of honor just shows up and enjoys.
Let's make it unforgettable
Tell us the occasion, the vibe, the rough guest count, and when you're thinking. We'll take it from there.
