Questions We Always Get
Do I need a passport?
We'll let you know before you need to pack whether a passport is required — or you can choose 'domestic or international' as your surprise level so we factor that in from the start.
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
Tell us in the form and every restaurant, tour, and experience we book is vetted accordingly. No guesswork on your end.
What will you actually tell me before I leave?
You'll receive: a detailed packing list, the weather range for your trip, any required travel documents, and check-in instructions. Everything you need — nothing that spoils the surprise.
What if I have a physical limitation?
Share it in the form and we design entirely around it. No awkward moments, no inaccessible experiences.
Can I do this as a couple or group?
Absolutely. Surprise Adventures work wonderfully for couples, best friends, and small groups. We coordinate the whole group's preferences into one cohesive experience.
What's the booking timeline?
We need at least 6–8 weeks of lead time to do this properly. The more flexibility you give us on dates, the better the experience we can design.
