Group Cruise Travel
Your Group.
Every Line.
Better Rates.
We book across every major cruise line and negotiate the group perks, rates, and logistics that make a shared cruise actually work.
A cruise for a group is not the same
as booking 20 individual cruises
Group cruise travel has its own pricing tier, its own amenity structure, and its own logistical requirements. Most people who book a group cruise without a dedicated agent leave money, upgrades, and cabin clusters on the table. We've done this enough times to know exactly what to ask for — and who to ask.
What We Handle
Everything from deposit to disembarkation
Group Rate Negotiation
We work directly with cruise line group desks to secure rates and amenities unavailable to the public — typically 10–15% below rack rate for qualifying groups.
Room Block Management
We hold cabin inventory, track bookings across your group, and manage payment schedules so you're not chasing 30 people for deposits.
Cabin Category Strategy
We advise on which deck, which side, and which category gives your group the best value — and keep cabins clustered so your group actually sees each other.
Onboard Perks & Upgrades
Complimentary specialty dining, drink packages, shore excursion credits, and cabin upgrades are all on the table when you book as a group.
Pre & Post Cruise Packages
Arrive a day early? Stay after? We coordinate hotel blocks, airport transfers, and pre/post itineraries so the trip starts before you board.
Document & Logistics Coordination
Passport checks, travel protection, and check-in coordination for every person in your group — no one falls through the cracks.

Common Questions
How many people do I need for a group rate?
Most cruise lines consider 8+ cabins (roughly 16+ guests) a group for rate purposes. We can still negotiate perks and block space for smaller parties — and for 30+ cabins, additional amenity tiers unlock.
Does it cost more to book through you?
No. We earn commissions from the cruise lines — our service is at no additional cost to you. And because we negotiate group pricing, most clients end up paying less than they would booking directly.
Can you keep our cabins near each other?
Yes. Cabin proximity is one of the first things we address when blocking space. We can cluster cabins on the same deck or the same side of the ship depending on availability.
What perks can you actually negotiate?
Common group amenities include complimentary drink packages, specialty dining credits, onboard credit ($50–$200/cabin), priority boarding, cabin upgrades, and a private group gathering space. What's available depends on the line, ship, and sailing.
What's the difference between ocean, river, and expedition cruises?
Ocean cruises are the classic large-ship experience with multiple destinations and onboard amenities. River cruises are smaller (100–180 guests), slower-paced, and docked in city centers. Expedition cruises go to remote destinations — Antarctica, the Galápagos, Arctic — on purpose-built small ships. We book all three.
How far in advance should we book for a large group?
For popular sailings and peak seasons, 12–18 months is ideal. Popular Caribbean holidays and summer Mediterranean sailings can sell out for group blocks 18+ months ahead. The earlier you reach out, the more inventory we have to work with.
