Destination Weddings
Every Guest,
Actually There
Guest room blocks, group flights, and transportation — handled, so you can focus on the wedding, not the group chat.
We handle the travel.
Your planner handles the wedding.
A destination wedding has two jobs: planning the ceremony, and getting everyone there. We do the second one — room blocks, flights across a dozen different cities, transportation, and a single point of contact for guest travel questions — so you and your wedding planner can focus on the day itself.
What We Plan Around
What We Handle
The travel logistics, start to finish.
Guest Room Blocks
Negotiated group rates, room categories that keep guests near each other, and a clean booking process so guests aren't calling the resort directly to figure out where to stay.
Group & Family Flights
Coordinating flights across families and friend groups arriving from different cities, so as many people as possible land around the same time.
Ground Transportation
Airport transfers and shuttles to the venue or resort — no guest stuck figuring out a rental car in a country they've never visited.
Guest Communication
A single point of contact for guest travel questions, booking deadlines, and payment — so the couple isn't fielding logistics questions during their own engagement.
Welcome Weekend Extras
Welcome dinners, day-trip excursions, and activities for guests arriving early or staying late, built around the wedding weekend itself.
Honeymoon Send-Off
Booking the couple's honeymoon directly off the back of the wedding trip, including any surprise upgrades or private experiences.
Questions We Always Get
Do you plan the wedding ceremony itself?
No — we handle the travel and accommodations side: guest room blocks, group flights, transportation, and welcome events. We work alongside your wedding planner or venue coordinator, who handles the ceremony, décor, and day-of vendors. Think of us as the travel logistics partner for you and your guests.
How far out should we start planning guest travel?
Ideally 9-12 months before the wedding, especially for room blocks at popular resorts during peak season. We can still help closer to the date, but options — particularly for larger guest lists — narrow quickly inside 6 months.
Who pays for what?
That's entirely up to you. Some couples cover the room block deposit and let guests book their own rooms within it; others cover more. We set up whatever payment structure you want and communicate it clearly to guests.
Can you work with a venue we've already booked?
Yes. If you already have a venue or resort selected, we step in for the guest travel and room block side. If you haven't chosen one yet, we can help you find a destination that works for your guest list and budget.
What if guests are coming from many different cities?
That's the normal case, not the exception. We track arrival windows across origin cities, help guests find reasonable flight options, and coordinate transfers so people aren't arriving to a logistics gap at the airport.
Let's get your guests there
Tell us your venue, your guest count, and where people are traveling from. We'll take it from there.
