State Farm Stadium — Super Bowl venue

Sports & Event Travel

The Biggest Games.
Done Right.

Super Bowl, World Cup, Champions League, F1, the Olympics — we handle the logistics so your group shows up ready to watch, not exhausted from planning.

Watching history live is one thing.
Experiencing it right is another.

Most people who travel to major sporting events spend the entire trip reacting to logistics: bad hotel locations, sold-out restaurants, nightmare transfers on game day. We eliminate all of that. The hotel is close. The shuttle is waiting. The dinner reservation is made. You spend the whole trip being a fan.

Behind the Scenes

What We Handle

Everything except the final score

Hotel Blocks Near the Venue

We secure hotel inventory close to the stadium or venue — often before general public availability — and coordinate group rates and room assignments for your whole party.

Group Transportation

Private shuttles, charter buses, and coordinated transfers from hotel to stadium and back. No scrambling for rideshares after a 4-hour game.

Pre & Post Game Experiences

Stadium tours, tailgate setups, VIP hospitality lounges, private watch parties, and group dinners at the best spots in the host city.

International Event Logistics

For World Cup, Champions League, F1, and the Olympics — we coordinate flights, visas where needed, local SIM cards, and country-specific logistics that first-timers always underestimate.

Ticket Guidance

We don't sell tickets directly, but we guide you on where to source them safely and legally — and time your hotel and travel booking to match ticket availability windows.

Multi-City Itineraries

Attending multiple matches or race weekends? We build itineraries that maximize games without wasting nights on logistics — and keep the group together across cities.

Common Questions

Can you get tickets to major events?

We don't sell tickets directly — that's handled through authorized resellers, team sites, and official channels. What we do is coordinate everything around the tickets: hotels, transfers, hospitality, and the full event experience. We guide you on where and when to purchase tickets to maximize your chances.

How far in advance should we plan for major events?

For the Super Bowl: 12–18 months. For the World Cup and Olympics: 18–24 months, especially for hotel blocks. Premier League and La Liga can be arranged 3–6 months out. F1 Grand Prix varies by circuit — Monaco requires 12+ months for the right hotel.

We're a large group with people flying from different cities. Can you manage that?

Yes. Multi-origin coordination is our default for sports travel. We track arrivals, arrange transfers from different airports, and make sure the whole group is checked in and ready before the game day chaos starts.

What about international events — World Cup, Champions League, F1?

We've coordinated international sports travel across Europe, South America, and the Middle East. We handle the local logistics that catch first-timers off guard: transportation from remote race circuits, match day entry requirements, local transportation strikes, and the hotel shortage that always surrounds major international events.

Can you arrange VIP or hospitality experiences?

Yes — stadium tours, team hospitality packages, private boxes, and pre-match VIP access are all things we coordinate. Availability depends on the event, team, and how far in advance we plan.

What's a realistic budget for a Super Bowl group trip?

Plan for $3,000–$8,000 per person all-in (excluding game tickets), depending on hotel category, group size, and hospitality level. Tickets can range from $800–$15,000+ depending on seat location and year. We'll model the full budget honestly so you can make an informed decision.
