Corporate Retreats & Incentive Travel
The Retreat Your
Team Actually
Looks Forward To
From 10-person leadership offsites to 2,000-person all-hands events — planned with Hilton-trained hospitality operations and the attention to detail that makes corporate travel feel like anything but.
A great corporate retreat changes something.
A bad one is just a business trip.
Jenn spent years managing hospitality operations at Hilton across the Caribbean and Latin America — which means she has been on the other side of every corporate group contract that's ever been negotiated. She knows what properties will fight for your business, what concessions are genuinely available, and what programming actually makes teams want to show up.

What We Handle
Venue to van to dinner reservation
Destination & Venue Sourcing
We identify destinations and properties that match your team size, budget, and goals — and RFP multiple venues simultaneously to find the best fit and value.
Hotel Contract Negotiation
Room block pricing, attrition clauses, F&B minimums, and concession packages. We negotiate hotel contracts with the experience of someone who's been on both sides of the table.
Meeting & Event Space
General session rooms, breakout space, outdoor venues, AV packages, and catering coordination — all sourced and negotiated as part of your overall event contract.
Team Experiences & Activities
Cooking competitions, city scavenger hunts, culinary tours, adventure activities, or curated downtime — we design programming that builds connection without feeling forced.
Multi-Origin Group Logistics
When your team is flying in from 12 cities, we coordinate arrival windows, airport transfers, and check-in logistics so the event starts smoothly.
Incentive Travel Programs
Top-performer trips that actually incentivize. We design programs with the right destinations, exclusive experiences, and recognition moments that make the award feel earned.

Common Questions
How far in advance should we start planning a corporate retreat?
For groups under 50, 3–6 months is workable. For 100+ guests or international destinations, 9–12 months gives us the best venue selection and contract leverage. For 500+ guests, 12–18 months is the standard.
Do you handle food & beverage and AV?
We coordinate F&B and AV as part of the venue contract — negotiating menus, minimums, and tech packages. For larger events, we can bring in preferred vendors or work with the property's in-house team.
Our team is flying in from 15 different cities. Can you handle that?
That's our default for corporate groups. We manage arrival windows, coordinate airport transfers, and create staggered check-in plans so the event logistics don't fall on your internal team.
What's the difference between a corporate retreat and an incentive trip?
A corporate retreat is a company-funded event for a defined team — leadership, department, or full company. An incentive trip is a performance reward for top earners, typically with a higher per-person spend and more experiential programming. We design and execute both.
Can you help us pick between domestic and international?
Yes — and the answer often isn't obvious. International can actually be cheaper than domestic for large groups depending on currency, airlift, and hotel competition. We'll model both options honestly.
Do you work with procurement or just the event team?
We work with whoever is running the project. Some clients route us through procurement; others work directly with the event or HR team. We have the documentation and vendor credentials to work within formal procurement processes.
