Retreats, Conferences & Reunions at Sea

Your Retreat in the Morning.
A New Port in the Afternoon.

Church retreats, ministry conferences, associations, and reunions on board: a private venue for your sessions, and a week your group will talk about for years.

The hotel conference is familiar.
The ship is the one they remember.

Jenn spent years in hospitality operations at Hilton, on the other side of group contracts, and now plans group cruises from Miami. She works directly with the cruise lines' group departments to secure meeting space, match your program to the ship's schedule, and keep every cabin linked to your group.

Groups We Plan For

Church & Ministry Retreats

Women's and men's ministries, pastors' retreats, choirs, and district gatherings. A morning service every day at sea, and the ports for fellowship in the afternoon.

Association Conferences

State and regional chapters that hold an annual meeting. General sessions in a private venue on board, with the rest of the day for the ship and the ports.

Alumni & Fraternal Groups

Graduate chapters, alumni associations, lodges, and clubs. Everyone books their own cabin, and the group stays together for the events that matter.

Family & Military Reunions

Reunions that outgrew the backyard. Families choose the cabin that fits them, and the reunion dinner, photos, and program are planned for the whole group.

What We Handle

From the meeting room to the matching shirts

Private Meeting Space

Ships rent their theaters, lounges, and music halls to groups for private sessions. We request the venue that fits your headcount and seating style, then confirm the times in writing.

Sessions Around the Schedule

Venues are booked around the ship's own shows, so session times are set early. We map your program to sea days and port days before you commit to a sailing.

Dates That Fit Your Calendar

Tell us the days you cannot board or come home, and we narrow the sailings to the ones that work. Multi-year planning is welcome; many groups book their next retreat a year or more ahead.

One Planner, Every Cabin

Each traveler books and pays for their own cabin, and every cabin is linked to the group. You are not collecting deposits from every family.

Group Touches

Matching shirts, welcome bags, door signs, and themed nights. The details that make it feel like your retreat, not a vacation that happened to include a meeting.

Travel to the Port

Flights, a pre-cruise hotel night, and transfers to the terminal, coordinated for the group so everyone arrives on time for embarkation.

Common Questions

Can we hold a private service or meeting every day on a cruise?

On many ships, yes. Groups can reserve a theater, lounge, or music hall for private use. Times are scheduled around the ship's entertainment, so early-morning and mid-morning sessions are the easiest to secure. We confirm the venue and times with the cruise line before you sign anything.

How big does our group need to be?

There is no minimum to start the conversation. Group pricing and meeting space depend on the number of cabins, so tell us your expected headcount and we will tell you what the cruise line offers at that size.

How far ahead should we plan?

For a group that needs meeting space, a year or more ahead gives the best choice of ships and venues. Groups with a recurring annual event often look at several years of dates at once.

Does each person pay us, or the cruise line?

Each traveler pays for their own cabin, and the cabins are linked as one group. The organizer does not have to collect money from everyone.

What does it cost to use a travel agent?

Nothing extra. The cruise line pays the agent, and the fares we offer match the cruise line's own lowest available rate. See how group cruise booking works for the full order of steps.
